You’re invited to take an active role in your health and healing journey to Reclaim Your Body, Rediscover Joy, and Rejuvenate With Community. In this workshop for folks living with chronic illness and/or auto-immune conditions––like Long COVID, RA, mold illness, and Lyme––especially for black and brown bodies, you will learn how to reduce your pain, boost your energy, and move confidently in your body again.

  • A framework on how to regain ownership over your body 

  • A self-assessment to determine where you are currently on your health journey

  • Exercises for your home practice
