Join us for a transformative experience through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often referred to as "yogic sleep." In this deeply soothing journey, you will be guided into a profound state of relaxation, releasing physical and emotional tension while allowing your nervous system to reset naturally.

This practice does not involve traditional yoga poses; instead, you’ll lie comfortably on your back as you are led through this meditative process. No prior experience is needed—all levels are welcome!

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for added comfort

  • An open mind and readiness to rest and manifest

Arrive well-digested and prepared to step into a state of deep relaxation.

Reserve your spot for one or all sessions!
