Online Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Madaly Love

This multi-date virtual group is for anyone questioning their relationship with alcohol, substances, or habits—offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what healing and alignment in community can feel like. Whether you're curious about sobriety, considering moderation, or simply pausing to reflect, you’re welcome here.

Each session is led by a certified Recovery Coach and includes guided reflections, intentional prompts, and group sharing, with practical tools rooted in trauma-informed care, embodied awareness, and ancestral wisdom. You’ll be held in community while gaining insight, clarity, and confidence in your journey.

No commitment to sobriety is required—just curiosity, care, and a willingness to show up for yourself.

Bring a journal, something grounding to sip (tea, cacao, or water), and an open heart.

Sign up today to join this journey of growth and connection.

Class Series will be held. You are welcome to attend any number of sessions—whether it's one, two, or the entire series.
