Curious about shifting your relationship with substances, habits, or coping patterns in a supportive and inclusive space? This 45-minute info session is for anyone seeking a trauma-informed, community-rooted approach to recovery and healing. You'll learn about the upcoming September Sober Curious Groups, what to expect, and how this space can support your journey; whether you're sober, sober-curious, or simply exploring your own patterns and path.
We’ll share insights on addiction, including medical facts and the unique ways it can impact women and femmes, as well as reflections on how these circles are held. You’ll also get to know your facilitator Madaly Love, their approach to group work, and have time for live Q&A. Madaly Love is a certified Recovery Coach.
This session will be recorded (group time is not included) so others can learn about this offering. The replay will be shared with the BTWC community via email and social media shortly after.
Come as you are, no prep needed, just bring your questions and curiosity.
