Our 2026 partnership programming will offer free holistic wellness classes for H&H shelter residents.

These sessions include chair yoga focused on joint health and mobility, guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and accessible nutrition education - all designed to support mind-body wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.

Our partnership efforts to uplift women this winter in Palo Alto, CA

In partnership with Elmwood Complex Women’s Facility, our wellness program offers a supportive classes for women to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits through guided gentle movement, breathwork, and reflection.

Each session nurtures trust, and self-awareness helping participants manage stress, find calm, and build lasting tools for challenging moments.

Our partnership efforts to support women at the Elmwood Complex Facility in Milpitas, CA.

We approach every collaboration with care, respect, and flexibility while honoring the unique needs of each partner and community served.
