Chair Yoga for Spring is a practice that is beneficial to all. In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses that will awaken and reenergize you as we move into Spring! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, increase strength, stretch the body, reduce stress, reduce pain & clear the mind. This class is for all levels. You will need a chair, water and a towel as needed.
