An uplifting 75-minute workshop in honor of Mental Health Day
Join us for a nourishing experience centered around emotional release, self-awareness, and inner peace. This special EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) workshop will guide you through gentle practices that support mental wellness from the inside out.
Together, we’ll:
Learn what EFT is and how it supports mental and emotional regulation
Explore the benefits of tapping for stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Work through reflective journal prompts that bring clarity and self-compassion
Practice affirmative reprogramming to shift limiting beliefs
Experience guided EFT sequences to regulate the nervous system and move emotional energy
