This is a four class Cardio Kickboxing series. This 45-minute medium-to-high intensity cardio class uses the fundamentals of kickboxing, in a fun, high-powered environment. Using a variety of punch and kick combinations, along with some bodyweight exercises, this follow along class is designed to build endurance, tone muscles and increase agility. All levels welcome!
