In this Kundalini yoga class, we will honor the process of grief through somatic movement and breathwork. Using trauma-informed practices, we create a safe, inclusive space where participants can gently release emotions stored in the body. The class will focus on helping individuals connect to their bodies, process grief with compassion, move through it at their own pace, and ultimately transformation as we align with our inner strength and spirit. Props needed: yoga mat, comfortable clothing, blanket or cushion for seated meditation, and water.
