Mindful Eating: Exploring your Hunger

This class is an introduction to mindful eating and exploring the 9 different types of hunger. 

Join me and: 

  • learn the basics of mindful eating and its benefits; 

  • discover the different ways in which your body experiences hunger; and

  • practice using your senses to tap into your hunger signals during a guided eating meditation. 

Please bring something to eat during the eating meditation; for example: fruit/dried fruit, nuts, raw veggies, or any food you'd like to explore.
