Kitchari is a balancing staple meal in Ayurveda. You will learn about the nutritive benefits of the main components and why kitchari is such a staple meal. I'll be demonstrating how to make it in class; everyone will enjoy a bowl and some hot tea.

Fill-the-gap Spring Smoothies--smoothies are a great way to meet nutritional needs for the day (most of us aren't eaitng enough!) This class will teach three different smoothies with different nutrition profiles to help round out daily nutrition in a fun and filling way.

12-12:30pm I Sara I ZOOM- Savory Snacks with Sara: Miso - Tahini dip with roasted veggies. Sara will walk you through preparing a tasty, nutrient-dense snack of miso-tahini dip with roasted & raw veggies, crackers, and pita.
5-5:30pm I Carmen I ZOOM- Animal Flow: This class is a ground based bodyweight class that encourages improved mobility, increased flexibility, enhanced stability and balance. We will emphasize in keeping our movements fluid and transition from one position/exercise to the next smoothly.
6-7pm I Carmen I ZOOM - Accountability Session with Coach Carmen: Preparing for a long term goal and close out session: Mini educational series for creating small and effective changes for: improving sleep, making dietary changes, daily movement plans, taking time for your mental health, etc. In our last session, we will commit to one or two goals to maintain until our check-in session in March!

6:30-7:00am I Chantal I ZOOM - Nidra MORNING ENERGY: We will use this time to drop into your deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and connection back to Self is experienced. You will be guided to awaken your energy flow for the day. What you will need: somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down (bed or mat with some padding works), pillow, blanket, and a small rolled up towel under your knees if you have lower back issues.

5-6:00pm I Carmen I ZOOM- Calisthenics (45min) / Stretch (15min): The main focus of the Calisthenics Classes is to build a better fitness base by using your own bodyweight as resistance to perform multi-jount, compound movements. We will take you through a mix of upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises with little to no equipment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome to join!
6:15-7:15pm I Chantal I ZOOM - Detox Tonic cooking demo: Warming, blood moving herbs are an important way to prevent stagnation, a buildup of toxins, and flus and colds in the winter season. Learn how to make a warming, stimulating, and cleansing tea that is great to sip on during times of illness, slow metabolism, poor digestion, and for regular health maintenance. Look for the recipe in the files section in the Facebook group one week before class to follow along.

In this practice, we will counteract the sluggish mornings with a potent energizing Kriya to bring you vitality to take charge of your morning and create lasting boosts of energy for the rest of your day. What you will need: A quiet space, yoga mat, and bolster or cushion to sit on for extra comfort.

12-12:30pm I Krystle I ZOOM- Lunchtime yoga flow: Reminder that it's ok to take a break! Midday movement to recalerbrate the mind, body and spirit. This practice does not require a mat but a chair will be helpful. We will sit in the chair or use it for balance. A chair without arms is best.
6-7pm I Mel I ZOOM- Dance and Stretch: Join Mel for an easy to follow dance class with a relaxing stretch session at the end of class. Clear a apace in your room and get ready to move your body! It is ideal to have a mat for the stretch portion fo class.
