Morning Vinyasa

Morning Vinyasa gets you up and at it. We’ll flow with the breath through a series of sun salutations at a moderate pace, then build strength and flexibility for the whole body through standing, balancing, seated, backbends, and inversions. Workable variations of the poses for you to consider for your body will be offered.
