This class is perfect for those wanting to feel elegant, long, and lean while strengthening your body and learning new moves. This barre class will engage muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. This class is perfect for all levels. Please have a chair or wall nearby as well as a mat. You will also need water and a towel as needed.
