Online Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Melissa Fabreo-Montelongo

Join us online, from the privacy of your home, for a 75-minute session of breath practice, guided meditation, and sound healing.

In a world that can feel overwhelming and unpredictable, this class offers a supportive space to pause, settle, and reconnect. Practices are offered with choice and care, honoring different nervous systems and lived experiences. Our intention is to help you ease into a calm, grounded, and restful state—without force or expectation—so your body and mind can find moments of safety, spaciousness, and ease.

Class Dates: July 8, August 5

You will receive an email with a link to join on Zoom 24-48hrs prior to class. You need to register in order to receive the Zoom link.
