About Us

Banyan Tree Women’s Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and accessible wellness spaces for women and allies. Our programs may include educational content, community gatherings, embodied practices, and holistic wellness experiences.

Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in BTWC programs, events, and activities is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Wellness, movement, breathwork, meditation, and related practices involve personal responsibility

  • You are responsible for honoring your own physical, emotional, and mental limits

  • BTWC does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment

You agree to participate at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after any offering.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

All information, programming, and experiences offered by BTWC are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic care.

Always consult a qualified professional regarding any health-related concerns.

Donations

Donations made to Banyan Tree Women’s Collective are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

All donations are:

  • Final and non-refundable

  • Used to support our mission, programs, and operational needs

Event Registration & Attendance

  • Some events may require advance registration due to capacity or logistical needs

  • Registration does not guarantee entry if safety, capacity, or community guidelines cannot be upheld

  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with our values

Community Conduct

We are committed to creating respectful, inclusive, and trauma-aware spaces.

By participating in BTWC offerings, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior

  • Honor confidentiality and shared community space

Failure to uphold these standards may result in removal from an event or program without refund.

Media & Photography

Photos or short videos may be captured during BTWC events to share our mission and impact.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in promotional or educational materials. If you have concerns, please notify us prior to or during the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Banyan Tree Women’s Collective unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use BTWC content without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activity that could harm, disrupt, or misuse our content or systems.

Limitation of Liability
