Dr. Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT is the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy, a leading women’s health practice with three Bay Area locations dedicated to elevating the standard of pelvic health care. A graduate of the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) with over 15 years of clinical experience, Tanya is recognized as a thought leader and pioneer in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic pain, menopause, and sexual wellness.
She serves as a Clinical Advisor to Evernow and Hot Pause Health, partners with Stanford Health on pelvic health education and referral pathways, and leads free and low-cost community workshops through Blossom Birth and Family. Tanya is deeply committed to eradicating shame and stigma surrounding pelvic floor health and ensuring women receive the comprehensive, compassionate care they deserve at every stage of life.
As a board member of the Banyan Women’s Collective, Tanya brings her passion for advocacy, education, and community impact to support the organization’s mission of uplifting women and advancing equitable access to wellness and leadership.
