Nivi Gupta is a senior project manager for the County of Alameda in Oakland, CA, with a robust background in workplace strategy, real estate, and global operations. Throughout her career, she has led complex, sustainability-driven projects for both corporate and government sectors, skillfully guiding efforts from design and procurement to the delivery of inclusive, functional environments. Her expertise lies in creating spaces that foster collaboration and well-being, ensuring that every project reflects a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nivi has dedicated over 20 years to community service and nonprofit leadership. She has held key roles in school PTAs and has actively supported a wide range of organizations, including Akshaya Patra, CRY, AIF, Maitri, Community Seva, and Dress for Success. Internationally, she has volunteered in Singapore with organizations such as Krishna’s Kitchen and HealthServe’s crisis helpline, supporting migrant workers and vulnerable communities. Nivi currently serves on the Advisory Council of Dress for Success, contributes to the events committee for RED Bay Area, and teaches Hindi at Chinmaya Bal Vihar.
