In-Person Class

C.H.A.I.R (Cardio, Hips, Abdominals, Isometric, Rotation)                                                                                                C.H.A.I.R is a chair based exercise class that focuses on improving strength, stability, balance, and flexibility by using our own bodyweight and resistance bands.

We will dance AND strength train while being in a seated position!

Be sure to bring a bring water, and a small towel.
