Experience a deep relaxation and meditative journey through guided hypnosis paired with the rhythmic vibrations of a native drum and singing bowl. Hypnosis is a gentle deep relaxation technique that helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster inner peace, happiness, and emotional balance. The native drum’s steady, grounding beat supports participants in entering a trance-like state and the singing bowl enhances the hypnotic experience and promotes nervous system regulation & deep rest. This session is ideal for anyone seeking a calming, restorative practice to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Please bring your own yoga mat and any additional items to make yourself comfortable such as an eye mask, or cushion—as these will not be provided. One blanket per person will be provided.
