Online Class - Zoom

This class is for adults who experience occasional or more persistent anxiety and want to better understand it and learn practical tools for managing it. Participants will learn about the biological basis of anxiety, how to recognize anxiety, common thinking patterns associated with anxiety, and evidence-based coping skills. Participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of when and why anxiety shows up along with practical strategies to implement in these moments.
