In-Person Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Chantal Boyer of Bonjour Bellie Ayurveda

Join us for a refreshing summer Ayurvedic cooking demo focused on cooling, hydrating foods and herbs to balance the heat of the season. You'll learn how to prepare a vibrant zucchini, corn, chickpea, and quinoa salad with a zesty cilantro-lime dressing, packed with seasonal ingredients that support digestion and vitality. We’ll also craft a lemon balm, mint, and hibiscus herbal refresher designed to cool the body from the inside out. This is a demonstration-style class with Ayurvedic insights woven throughout—perfect for anyone looking to nourish themselves mindfully this summer.

Everyone will receive the recipes after class and be able to sample and taste the final dish and beverage.
