This class is for adults who feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, especially anger or irritability, and want to learn tools to better understand and manage these feelings when they show up. The emphasis is not on eliminating anger, but on learning how to respond to it more effectively. Participants will learn about productive and destructive forms of anger, how to identify warning signs and triggers, and skills for managing anger. Participants will walk away with a stronger understanding of when and why anger arises and practical tools for responding to it more effectively.
