This writing workshop is for anyone seeking intentional space to slow down and reconnect with themselves in a welcoming, shared community. Through guided reflection and structured prompts, the session centers on presence, emotional awareness, and building self-trust through the practice of writing. Participants will engage in thoughtful exercises and group dialogue designed to help them hear their own voice more clearly and reflect alongside others.
