National Yoga Day! In this class we’ll explore the concepts of safety and inclusivity within the queer community, reflecting on how we each contribute to creating these spaces. The session will include grounding meditation, journaling with provided prompts, mindful movement, rest, and more journaling.
To prepare, wear comfortable clothing for movement, set up your space with a blanket, yoga mat, or chair, and have a towel, water bottle, paper, and pen ready. Let this class be the beginning—or continuation—of your journey toward embodying the change you wish to see in the world.
