In-Person Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Tyese Wortham

For folks living with chronic illnesses, autoimmune conditions, and chronic pain and stress, this 2-hour workshop is an invitation to reclaim your body, resource your innate joy, and rejuvenate in community. In this judgment-free space, you'll be encouraged to meet your body exactly as it is, without forcing or fixing, while exploring cultural movement practices, reflective journaling, meaningful community connections, and restorative exercises that support whole body healing.

You'll leave with a practical framework for creating more freedom and ease in your body, a clearer understanding of where you are on your healing journey, and simple embodied tools you can integrate into daily life. Please bring a yoga mat, any props that help you feel comfortable, a journal, and an open heart.

Join us and take your next gentle step toward feeling more energized, empowered, and at home in your body.
