In-Person Class

Hosted by: Banyan Tree Women's Collective in collaboration with The City of Menlo Park

Led by: Melissa Fabreo-Montelongo

May is Mental Health Awareness month and we acknowledge that the world is heavy right now, and staying engaged with injustice while caring for ourselves isn't either/or—it's both/and. This 80-minute restorative class offers breathwork, body scanning, reflective journaling, and an extended 30-minute sound healing to help you resource yourself so you can continue showing up for what matters. This is not about turning away; it's about tending to yourself so you can sustain the care and action the world needs from you.
