Day 15: Reset-Restore-Realign Challenge

Schedule of Classes (PST):

8-8:50am I Joanne I ZOOM - Kickboxing: This medium-to-high intensity cardio class uses the fundamentals of kickboxing, in a fun, high-powered environment. Using a variety of simple punch and kick combinations, along with boxer’s footwork, this class is designed to build endurance, tone muscles and increase agility. You will need an open space, a mat, water and towel. All levels welcome!

12-2pm I Chantal and Mukta I ZOOM -Vision Boarding: Get what you want out of 2024! Vision-boarding is a visual representation of what you want to claim, create and manifest in your year. It enables you to channel your energy into specific areas of your life with intention, helping you to visualize your dreams, desires and goals and keeping them in focus throughout the year. Get your creative juices flowing and have some fun!

This session will include using vision-boarding, journaling and discussion followed by breathwork and a meditation to close-out the session.

7-8pm I Ashleigh I ZOOM- Recovering Yoga Flow: Join for a recovering yoga flow to relax your body and end your day for a deep restful sleep.
