Day 16: Reset-Restore-Realign Challenge

Schedule of Classes (PST):

6-6:15am I Mel I FB LIVE - Accountability

6:30-7:15am I Jesenia I ZOOM - Yoga: Powerful Kundalini Energizing Practice: Kundalini Yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, allows you to awaken the body's energy system through Kriyas: powerful breathwork paired with repetitive movements. In this practice, we will counteract the sluggish mornings with a potent energizing Kriya to bring you vitality to take charge of your morning and create lasting boosts of energy for the rest of your day. What you will need: A quiet space, yoga mat, and bolster or cushion to sit on for extra comfort.

8:30-9:15am I Joanne I ZOOM - POP Pilates: POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. You will need an open space, a mat, water and towel. All levels welcome!

12-12:30pm I Krystle I ZOOM- Lunchtime yoga flow: Reminder that it's ok to take a break! Midday movement to recalerbrate the mind, body and spirit. This practice does not require a mat but a chair will be helpful. We will sit in the chair or use it for balance. A chair without arms is best.

6-7pm I Mel I ZOOM- Dance and Stretch: Join Mel for an easy to follow dance class with a relaxing stretch session at the end of class. Clear a apace in your room and get ready to move your body! It is ideal to have a mat for the stretch portion fo class.
