Day 3: Reset-Restore-Realign Challenge

Schedule of Classes (PST):

6-6:15am I Chantal I FB LIVE - Accountability

6:30am-7:00am I Chantal I ZOOM-Nidra Morning Energy: We will use this time to drop into your deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and connection back to Self is experienced. You will be guided to awaken your energy flow for the day. What you will need: somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down (bed or mat with some padding works), pillow, blanket, and a small rolled up towel under your knees if you have lower back issues.

12-12:45pm | Mukta I ZOOM - Healthy Dessert Options: What do you do when you need something sweet, but WITHOUT the sugar rush? You make a wholesome, nourishing blood-sugar balanced dessert that tastes lush, feels good in your body and supports your energy levels. Let’s make one together!

5-5:45pm | Carmen I ZOOMCalisthenics: The main focus of the Calisthenics Classes is to build a better fitness base by using your own bodyweight as resistance to perform multi-jount, compound movements. We will take you through a mix of upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises with little to no equipment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome to join!

6:45pm-7:30pm | Joanne I ZOOMDance: This class is a choreography class (a mix of hip hop, R&B and pop choreography) where you will learn a combination of movements to a single song. You will learn each 8 count and build upon the combinations. We will start with a warm up and finish with a cool down. All levels welcome!

8pm-8:45pm | Mel I ZOOMBedtime Breathe and Sound: Please join with a digested stomach. You will want a dedicated space that is quiet and allows you to lie down. Optional items for a better experience: eye-mask, cup of bedtime hot tea, blanket, earphone/headphones, pillow, bolster.
