Blending practical nutrition with accessible Ayurvedic principles, you’ll learn which warming foods, spices, and meal rhythms help prevent seasonal sluggishness, dryness, and immune dips. The session includes simple meal ideas, grocery guidance, and everyday lifestyle strategies you can implement right away. Participants will leave with a clear, realistic approach to eating for comfort, vitality, and seasonal balance.
