Day 14: Reset-Restore-Realign

Schedule of Classes (PST):

7:30-8:30am I Jesenia I ZOOM - Yoga: Kundalini for awakening solar plexus: Kundalini Yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, allows you to awaken the body's energy system through Kriyas: powerful breathwork paired with repetitive movements. In this practice, we will nurture the fire of the Solar Plexus chakra to create space for confidence, personal power, and aligned action. What you will need: A quiet space, yoga mat, and bolster or cushion to sit on for extra comfort.

4-6pm I Chantal I ZOOM- Food Prepping for Accountability: Food prepping is one of the best habits to develop for your wellness. Come with your own menu to cook or join Chantal to cook her simple and easy to follow dishes that allow you to mix and match for multiple meals to help keep you on track of your food intake. Protein sources will be given for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Recipes can be found in the files section in the Facebook group one week before the class to allow time for shopping.
