As we age, it’s natural to think about memory, mental clarity, and how stress impacts our overall well-being, but the brain remains capable of growth and renewal throughout adulthood. In this accessible, science-informed workshop, you’ll learn about neurogenesis, the process of growing new brain cells, and why it matters for memory, emotional balance, and cognitive resilience. We’ll explore practical food and lifestyle choices that support brain health, while also addressing common factors that interfere with healthy brain aging. The final portion of the class includes a simple, hands-on demonstration of a brain-supportive snack you can easily make at home. This class is designed for adults interested in aging well, maintaining mental sharpness, and supporting a calmer, more resilient nervous system.
